Marion County detectives arrested 55-year-old Herbert Swilley in the murder of his husband 59-year-old Timothy Smith in Florida. Smith was found dead at a home on March 25. Authorities said the man appeared to have suffered "a violent attack" prior to his death. Swilley reportedly stopped cooperating with the investigation in August, and said that he would only cooperate further if he's granted immunity for prosecution in Smith's death.
