Can gators feel being pet? Do they like it? They can absolutely feel it! They’re actually very sensitive and although incredibly tough, they can absolutely feel touch. But do they LIKE being pet? No, I’ve seen zero evidence to suggest this. They will TOLERATE it and allow it to happen once they’re accustomed and don’t fear me, but I see no sign of enjoyment, contrary to the Disney fairy tale people so desperately want to believe. Well, I tried to show it then he just stepped on my hand 😂. “He must just be well fed” is a comment I’ve gotten literally tens of thousands of times when my trained gators are being well behaved, here he is after not eating the last 4-5 MONTHS!
