Black bean spaghetti? Yes! So good! Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with a little bit of vegetable oil and a salt to taste for about 8 minutes, drain and wash it. On a separate pot, sautée 2 finelly chopped medium onions, and 4 smashed cloves of garlic on 4 tbsp of olive oil or almond oil until it is golden. Add 5 cubed riled tomatoes, mix it all and cook.
