This thing works great, and allows you to get good leverage on the pick while it closely matches up with the natural contours. In addition to making it easy to curve the radius of the blade from tip to base, you can also hold the part of the pick which contacts the pad of your finger in a pair of pliers (maybe wrapped in tape to not scratch the metal fingerpick) and use it to twist the blade to accommodat
