Al McKay is an American guitarist, composer and music producer best known for his work with the funk and soul band Earth, Wind & Fire. ⁠ ⁠ He joined the group in the early 1970s and was a key member for many years. He helped write many of their hit songs, including "September" and "Sing a Song".
