Hunter spent four seasons at Auburn, rushing for over 1,000 yards and eight touchdowns during his senior year in 2024. His best performance came against Kentucky, a game in which he rushed for a career-high 278 yards on 23 carries in a 24-10 win. Those 278 yards are the fourth-most all time by an Auburn player in a single game.

KeAndre Lambert-Smith, wide receiver, was taken as the 158th overall pick by the Los Angeles Chargers in the 2025 NFL Draft. Auburn’s linebacker Jalen McLeod was the 194th overall pick by the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Jalen McLeod became the first Auburn defensive player to hear his name called on Saturday when the Jacksonville Jaguars scooped him up with the 194th overall pick in the sixth round of the NFL draft. Should he sign, he will join former Tigers Tank Bigsby and Daniel Thomas on the Jaguars roster.
