CHARLOTTE — North Carolinians can file claims against genetic testing company 23andMe for the 2023 data breach until July 14.

The two efforts were awarded $500,000 research grants each in collaboration with Novant Health, UNC Health and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine.
