James Blake has called out those who slam Coldplay and declared lead singer Chris Martin as a "melodic genius". The Retrograde singer felt compelled to stand up for the band during an appearance on BBC Sounds’ Sidetracked podcast with Nick Grimshaw and Annie Mac.
Coldplay released their latest LP Moon Music and Chris Martin said the band wouldn’t be making that many more albums. Now, the frontman is working alongside FIFA to help curate the first ever halftime show at the World Cup final next year.
