Honolulu police are investigating a violent incident that occurred over the weekend, involving youth at Windward Mall.

The Department of Health is actively investigating, issuing flight notifications, contacting those who may have been exposed and alerting health care providers statewide.

The south shore swell will peak today and start to subside heading into the weekend.
