The Apple TV+ hit comedy show stars Owen Wilson as Pryce “Stick” Cahill, a former professional golfer whose career came to a sudden end after a physical outburst. Fast forward 20 years and Cahill is going through a divorce from his wife, Amber-Linn ( Judy Greer ), struggling financially and facing a career crisis.

Just as the Season 1 finale of the eight-episode series Stick aired, Apple TV+ announced the acclaimed show has been renewed for a second season. The renewal, announced on Wednesday, July 23, comes after a wave of critical praise for the sports comedy,

Apple TV+ has renewed Wilson’s golf comedy Stick for a second season. Stick, created by Jason Keller, stars and is executive produced by Wilson. The series also stars Peter Dager, Marc Maron, Mariana Treviño and Lilli Kay, all of whom are returning for a second season.
