“Shameless” alum Cameron Monaghan is set to star in an upcoming “Bosch” prequel. Monaghan, who rose to prominence as Ian Gallagher on “Shameless,” will play the titular character in “Bosch: Start of Watch.” The new series will center on a 26-year-old version of Harry Bosch, the detective created by crime fiction writer Michael Connelly.
