After a very warm start to March, temperatures in South Texas are set to fall into the 30s Sunday night and into Monday morning.
That includes commercial real estate, where Mexican companies and individuals regularly invest in properties from Laredo to San Antonio. A potential new cost — in this case a 25% tariff — is already changing equations, according to local brokers.
