The Los Angeles Lakers have revealed the final injury status for LeBron James and Luka Doncic against the Boston Celtics.

Boston will need to play some of their better ball and have some of their better availability to beat one of the hotter teams in the NBA.

The Los Angeles Lakers hung on to defeat the New York Knicks in overtime 113-109 to extend their win streak to eight games as Jalen Brunson suffered an ankle injury late in the contest.

Facing a 40-21 New York Knicks team sitting in third place in the East, the Lakers came back from down double digits in the fourth quarter to send the game to overtime, then emerged with a 113-109 win. It was their eighth straight victory.

Things truly appear to be going well for Luka Dončić with his new team. With a trade that caught the entire NBA world off guard, the Dallas Mavericks decided to move on from Dončić and traded him to the Los Angeles Lakers in return for Anthony Davis.
