A Thornton-based reusable sticky note startup that appeared on “Shark Tank” in 2020 filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection just days before Christmas.

The startup first appeared on ABC’s “Shark Tank” in 2022. Since then, it has been successful but with success comes copycat businesses, one of the co-founders said.
