Tens of thousands of people lined the streets of the central England city where Black Sabbath was formed to catch a glimpse of the heavy metal icon’s hearse.

Thousands lined the streets of Birmingham, England, Wednesday as the city paid tribute to Ozzy Osbourne, during an emotional funeral procession through the heart of the rock legend’s hometown.

A hearse containing the musician's body traveled along Birmingham's Broad Street and made its way to the Black Sabbath Bridge and bench.
