Legacy on Ice will support the families and loved ones affected by the American Airlines Flight 5342 crash on Jan. 29.

Legacy on Ice, a live figure skating event featuring decorated skaters including Olympic medalists Brian Boitano and Kristi Yamaguchi, will take place March 2 at Capitol One Arena in D.C., as a tribute to the victims of the Jan.

Legacy on Ice event set to bring together Ice Skating legends and honor the D.C. plane crash victims. Hackman, 95, and Arakawa, 64, were found deceased in their New Mexico home on Wednesday morning. They were married for 34 years.

The Legacy on Ice show will air on March 2 from 3–5 p.m. ET on Peacock. NBCUniversal’s streaming service, and will simulcast live on MSE’s independent media platform Monumental Sports Network (MNMT) and Monumental+ throughout the DMV region, the area encompassing Washington, D.C., parts of Maryland, and parts of Virginia.

The tribute show "Legacy on Ice" will feature dozens of the most well-known faces in American figure skating, from Peggy Fleming to Nathan Chen.

The figure skating tribute event “Legacy on Ice” will take place on Sunday, March 2 to support the victims of the midair collision and crash outside Ronald Reagan International Airport. The event will be held at Capital One Arena in D.

The figure skating community will gather Sunday in Washington, D.C., to remember the victims of the Jan. 29 aircraft collision that killed 67 people, including 11 young skaters and members of their families.
