Boelter is facing six federal charges, including multiple counts of murder and stalking, opening the possibility of the death penalty or life in prison if he's convicted.

Vance Boelter, the man accused of shooting two Minnesota lawmakers and their spouses in a targeted incident, also targeted others, according to prosecutors.

The search for Boelter was the “largest manhunt in the state's history,” Brooklyn Park Police Chief Mark Bruley said.
