Michigan has joined a coalition of 22 states in suing the Trump Administration over a provision in the “Big Beautiful Bill” that would block the use of Medicaid funds for any care obtained at Planned Parenthood.

A federal judge in Boston ruled Monday that the Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts can continue to accept Medicaid payments, adding to confusion about the organization's future.
