The private equity firm Silver Lake Partners, Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund, PIF, and Affinity Partners will pay EA’s stockholders $210 per share.

EA has announced that it has entered into an acquisition agreement with an investor group including Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund.
The California-based company said it entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by consortium including PIF, Silver Lake and Affinity Partners.
