DETROIT -- Starting left tackle Taylor Decker and pass rusher Al-Quadin Muhammad are active for the Detroit Lions in Week 4. Decker (shoulder) and Muhammad (knee) were questionable entering Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns.
