We’ve officially reached the Sweet 16 for all four divisions of the 2025 Michigan high school girls basketball state tournament. The regional semifinal round of action featured plenty of down-to-the-wire results that will set up noteworthy matchups for Wednesday’s regional championship games.

Wypych, now a Miss Basketball finalist, averaging 22.5 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.6 steals, has been a starter since her freshman year, competing in the final four at Breslin each season, losing to West Bloomfield in the semifinals in 2022 and again last season in an overtime game.
