The Twins acquired infielder Kody Clemens from the Phillies on Saturday in exchange for cash considerations. To make room for Clemens, the Twins placed prospect Luke Keaschall on the 10-day injured list with a non-displaced fracture in his right forearm.

There's no initial timetable to return for Keaschall, who has been extraordinary in his first week with the Twins.

A pitch hit Luke Keaschall in the midst of a rout that featured home runs by Byron Buxton and Trevor Larnach in support of Pablo López as he returned from the IL.
