After an exhaustive offensive coordinator search, the Eagles settled on Green Bay Packers quarterbacks coach Sean Mannion, who only has two years of coaching experience. The former NFL quarterback-turned-coach has never called plays in his brief coaching career.

The Eagles have hired former Buccaneers offensive coordinator Josh Grizzard as their pass game coordinator, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Other known candidates for the Eagles’ opening are Indianapolis Colts OC Jim Bob Cooter and former New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll. And PhillyVoice is reporting that the Eagles requested to interview Dolphins passing game coordinator Bobby Slowik for open OC job.

Like Kevin Patullo, Josh Grizzard was a first-time offensive coordinator in 2025.

The Packers will need a new QBs coach. Sean Mannion, who took over the job for Tom Clements in 2025, is headed to Philadelphia to be the Eagles OC.
