Former University of Kansas shooting guard/small forward Johnny Furphy of the Indiana Pacers had what the Indianapolis Star newspaper called “the best dunk of the summer league” in Monday’s 114-105 loss to the Chicago Bulls in Las Vegas.

The viral dunk drew widespread praise from fans and brands alike. Puma Basketball chimed in with “ON HIS HEAD,” while other fans called it the “Dunk of the Summer League” and joked about Furphy entering next year’s Slam Dunk Contest.
