The grand final of the contest will take place in St Jakobshalle, an indoor arena in Basel, on Saturday 17 May. It will be broadcast live on TV on BBC One and BBC iPlayer from 20:00 BST, hosted by Graham Norton. You can also listen on BBC Radio 2 and BBC Sounds, hosted by Scott Mills and Rylan Clark.
